Here you can find step-by-step instructions to update your billing information or cancel your membership.

 

Update Your Billing Information

If you need to update your credit card or payment details:

  1. Log in to your ElevateHER account here: www.samanthakozuch.com/login

  2. Click on your profile icon (top right corner).

  3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. Under Billing, click Update Payment Method.

  5. Enter your new credit card or billing details.

  6. Hit Save to confirm.

Your updated payment method will automatically apply to your next renewal.

 

Cancel Your ElevateHER Membership

We’d be sad to see you go... but we completely understand if this season of life calls for a pause.

Before you cancel, we’d love to hear your feedback so we can improve ElevateHER for you and other women in our community.

 

Here’s how the cancellation process works:

  1. To start the cancellation process, please fill out the form below.

  2. Once complete and submitted, you will be taken to your self-cancellation page.

  3. Once cancelled, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
