We do not guarantee any specific results, income, relationships, or outcomes from participating in the Challenge.

7. No Refunds

The Challenge is free; however, any optional paid upgrades (such as the ElevateHER App) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at checkout.

8. Code of Conduct

Treat all participants and facilitators with respect.
Disruptive, harassing, or abusive behavior will result in removal from the Challenge without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Maniscripting LLC will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your participation in the Challenge.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
